Rental conditions and cancellation policy 

1. Rental Conditions:
   • To book, you must pay 30% of the total amount in advance. The other 70% must be paid upon check-in.
   • Minimun stay for House 1 and House 2: 2 nights.
   • Minimum stay for House 2 Apartament: 1 night.
   • Extra bed: Additional cost of €30/bed/day.
   • Sofa Bed: Additional cost of €30/bed/day.
   • Includes: Bed linen, firewood, and basic condiments.
   • Breakfast: Not included.
   • Security deposit: Not required.
   • Check-in from 15:00 and check-out before 12:00 (consult us for early check-in/late check-out).
   • If the reservation is made for the same day as the check-in, you will need to wait at least 3 hours (from the time of booking) until the accommodation is ready and/or open for check-in.
   • Access to and use of the facilities are only permitted to individuals registered in the reservation. Exceptions for visitors may be made provided they are communicated in advance.
   • Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization has been granted. If you wish to stay with a pet, you must contact us before making your reservation. Acceptance will be subject to the property owner's assessment and authorization.


2. Cancellation Policy:
   • 100% refund if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the arrival date.
   • 50% refund if the cancellation is made at least 15 days before the arrival date.
   • No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the arrival date.
   • The property la TORRETA DE AITANA S.L reserves the right of admission and early cancellation in case of non-compliance with the coexistence rules, disrespect for the environment, and/or improper or inappropriate use of the rural houses and common areas of the complex.



3. Rules of Coexistence and Liability Exemption Clause:

   • Clients and users of CASA RURAL LA TORRETA DE AITANA S.L. agree to act civilly, respect coexistence in the environment and with other clients, staff, and employees, and make proper and diligent use of both the facilities that make up the rural house (including both its structure and contents) and the common services that are part of the entire complex of La Torreta de Aitana, including the garden, barbecue area, terrace, parking area, swimming pool, and play area. Clients and users release and exempt the property, LA TORRETA DE AITANA S.L. (NIF B54525886), from any liability or obligation to provide compensation for any incident, accident, bodily injury, or material damage that may occur to any occupants of the rural house during their stay, including accompanying minors and elderly individuals. Clients and users also commit to respecting at all times the safety rules and instructions and to ensuring the proper use of the facilities of both the rural house and the complex as a whole by all occupants. Consequently, clients and users of Casa Rural La Torreta de Aitana assume full responsibility for themselves, acting with due diligence, and for supervising both any accompanying minors and elderly individuals, if present.
   • Regarding pets, clients and users agree to act with due caution and diligence. The property is likewise exempted from liability for any bodily injuries that pets may suffer, as well as for any material or bodily damages they may cause to other occupants and clients of the rural houses.
   • Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited.
