Three independent houses
In the mountainous surroundings of the southern slope of the Sierra de Aitana, at an altitude of 1,020m and with views of the sea from Villajoyosa to Murcia, a gated complex from the beginning of the 18th century has been rehabilitated into three independent houses: two rural houses and the residence of the complex's maintainer with its facilities. It also has a swimming pool and barbecue.
Sustainable shelter
La Torreta de Aitana is a group of self-sufficient and sustainable houses, in harmony with nature and respectful of the environment. Electricity comes from photovoltaic solar panels, with a backup generator in case of emergency. Water for the toilets is collected from rain or snow, and drinking water is extracted from a well. Waste water is treated by an evaporation and absorption system with specific plants.
Peace and quiet
Located in the Sierra de Aitana, its location is perfect for enjoying a moment of peace and tranquility in the mountains. At the same time, you can combine your stay with outdoor activities, cultural visits, gastronomic tastings of the area, and enjoy the Alicante east coast, since the magnificent beaches of Benidorm and Villajoyosa are just 30km away.
